Camp Pet-O-Se-Ga
The trails at Camp Petosega meander through 275-acres of woodland and along a creek. The trails are enjoyed by campers and park visitors year round. The trails along Cedar Creek run along both banks and are well marked. The creek trails can be accessed from the trailhead next to the Camp Petosega Rd bridge. The trails running north and south are used most often by cross country runners and skiers.
Owned by Emmet County, Camp Petosega was originally established as a boys camp in the 1930s.Now a multi-purpose county park with many modern amenities, the historic charm and atmosphere is still there.
