Hailand/Helstrom

A short trail takes you to a beautiful wetland loved by waterfowl. The waters from this preserve drain to Crooked Lake just a short distance away. The trail is being expanded (beginning Summer 2014) and a boardwalk will provide visitors with the opportunity to enjoy the wetter areas of the preserve. The parking area and trailhead are along W. Conway Rd., 0.2 miles from US-31.
