The combined 207-acres includes 1.73 miles of frontage on Horton Creek. There are hardwood forests, stands of young pin cherry, and hemlock and yellow birch lining the trails along the creek. Trails are on both sides of the stream. Access with parking is located on Pincherry Rd, about 2 miles north of Boyne City.
