Warner Creek Pathway
Located in the Mackinaw State Forest in an area known as Hardwood Hills. Heading south from the trailhead, the trail follows Warner Creek. The section of the pathway is shared with the North Country Trail (NTC). The trail becomes noticeably wetter as it nears O'Brien's Pond. It then reaches a junction; the NTC continues south and the Pathway turns east along the north shore of the pond. This part of the loop is generally very wet and is not always passable. For this reason, the Warner Creek Loop is more often a winter destination. Its wooded hills and mild terrain are popular amongst cross country skiers. The trail is not groomed.
