Young State Park Trail
Located at the east end of Lake Charlevoix, Young State Park encompasses 560 acres of mixed terrain. The park has gently rolling hills, lowlands, cedar swamp, and a beach. Hiking, cross country skiing, swimming, and fishing are popular activities. Facilities include a boat launch, restrooms, a playground, picnic area, beach house, and more. Entrance to the park requires a vehicle permit or annual state state park pass. For information about the park and camping at Young State Park, please visit the MDNR website.
